Season updates: standings, privacy, and the garage
A batch of changes just went live based directly on feedback from you — thank you to everyone who's been sending in reports and ideas. Here's what's new.
See every league, not just your own
Standings now has a league picker. You can jump between every league in the game, not just the one you're racing in — see how the competition looks a division over, scout who's dominating elsewhere, or just satisfy your curiosity about how big the field really is.
Competitor stats are now private
Up to now, visiting another team's page showed their driver, co-driver, and car ratings in full. That's changed — you'll still see a competitor's results, wins, and podiums, but their actual stat numbers are private now. What happens in your garage stays in your garage.
Sort rally results by any stage
Rally result pages got a real upgrade: click any stage (SS1, SS2, and so on) — or Total Time — to re-sort the whole standings table by that column. Want to know exactly which stage cost you three positions, or where you clawed them back? Click the column and watch the order shift. Click "Pos" any time to jump back to the final classification.
Reassign mechanics on a build in progress
This one's been asked for a lot: you're no longer locked into your original mechanic count once a car build starts. Pulled a mechanic off for an emergency rally repair? Got a new hire you want to throw at the build instead? You can now add or remove mechanics from an in-progress build at any time — the finish date recalculates fairly based on the work already done, so you're never penalized or shortchanged for adjusting mid-build.
Fewer crash-outs and mechanical DNFs, for now
We've dialed back how often a rally ends early. Crashing out is off entirely for the time being — the kind of moment that used to end your rally can still cost you time, but it won't take you out of the event. Mechanical failures are also hitting far less often. If you do still see one, remember: bringing at least one mechanic to a rally already meant a mechanical issue gets serviced instead of ending your day, and that's still true now.
This is a temporary tuning change while we get a feel for how the game plays without so many rallies ending in a DNF. It's easy for us to dial back if it turns out some risk of going out adds to the excitement — let us know what you think.
