Is driver risk 1-5 or 1-99?

Is the driver risk stat 1-5 like the options for strategy or is it 1-99 and how does that translate to strategy numbers?

For the risk-level basically you can look at it as a 1-99 (1 being 1 and 5 being 99), but all of that is corelated to the risk stat of the driver. If your driver has the risk stat of 5 (as we all have right now), selecting a 5 risk taking on the stages, will increase the chances for mistakes/crashes. If for example your driver is at 99 risk stat and you select 5 in the strategy, there still will be a chance for mistakes, but much lower.
